The Estate

The estate:

Villa & Olive Grove

Fifteen hectares of centuries-old olive grove, and in the middle a villa with a terracotta facade. That facade speaks through its details: full round-arched openings, plastered reveals with pale surrounds, window frames that guarantee complete quiet. A Mediterranean gesture, essential and measured, where material and light throw reflections back at the nature around them.

The spaces:

Pool & Winery

A place to slow down, breathe, and stay.

The pool area is an evocative, private space, set in the green and made for relaxing with quiet elegance. In the winery, every tasting has its own setting — a tribute to the theatrical force of Southern Italian Baroque, where the landscape enters the room through a large hand-painted trompe-l'œil.
